Hey!! Christmas is coming soon and we’re about to have our winter holiday. QISS Newsletter here is asking you to do us a favor. It's the winter holiday planned sharing!! Please comment below and share your winter holiday plans with everyone. We have already interviewed a few students and teachers to get it started! If we didn’t interview you please comment below.
We interviewed a couple of students from each grade and got some awesome responses, let’s take a look at these interviews
Richard (Grade 6)
Richard doesn't know where he is going because he said “maybe Shanghai” And since we know Richard loves soccer we can assume that he will play soccer during this vacation a lot because that’s his plan. And because Richard likes Shanghai, he is looking forward to this vacation! Let’s wish Richard a good flight and a Merry Christmas!
Julia Kuttig (G8)
So Julia is having a good trip back to Germany and decides to buy presents for her friends in China (yay!)… uhu. Interesting. But here is something personal that Julia told us. That she is happy to see her family but doesn’t like the long flight… Come on ~_~… this is obviously a sign that she doesn’t know what to do when she is seated all by herself in a corner of a flight. APPARENTLY she does not know how time on long flights can be used to reflect and solve some of the world’s problems!?? And this just makes such fair girl into a simple carefree teen… (Just joking) But we can’t demand everyone to be Senator material so. .. Guess it’s a big smiley merry Christmas to Julia! XD
Daisuke (G7)
So Daisuke decided to leave our survey sheet half complete... we understand, its almost the end of the quarter... so much to do... So, despite the fact that he did not write what he is looking forward to this vacation we assume he is not looking forward, and we also assume its because he mentioned that mother’s sister will come to Qingdao… which also the reason he didn't write "no" in the "What are you looking forward to?" section because he wanted it to be a secret. BUT WE ARE GONNA EXPOSE IT! MUHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Daisuke as we all know is a big soccer fan so I guess the actual reason he doesn’t like his aunt visiting is because she is better than him at soccer… But it’s ok Daisuke, because I am definitely worse than you. (That’s a big compliment BTW) Merry Christmas to Daisuke!
Jorgen (Grade 9)
Jorgen will be returning to his home country, Norway. We know that he will definitely enjoy his trip because he will go snowboarding and play with fireworks, but be careful because you might get hurt! So come back with a lot of presents and come back in one piece! Merry Christmas!
Ema Halikova (Grade 10)
Ema is going to Bali (great place!) this vacation and she is going to be swimming a lot and visiting new places! Guys don’t be sad just because you won’t be able to see Ema in a swim suit; there are other fish in the sea. Speaking of fish, there are jellyfish in Bali, and really big waves, so be careful! (BTW, there are also earthquakes in Bali - we hope they never get to visit you while you are there) Anyway, enjoy your vacation and return home safely! Merry Christmas!
Handi (Grade 11)
Handi will visit L.A. for a week, and buy a lot of Video Games for his Xbox 360, his plans will be practicing basketball for ACAMIS with Simon, and we know he’ll enjoy this because Simon is such an awesome person! But don’t forget about your TOEFL test coming up! Enjoy your vacation and Merry Christmas!!
Lina (Grade 12)
Lina is going to the best place on Earth, Qingdao! And she will do the most productive thing ever, sleep and stay home!! We know she will enjoy this vacation because “Vacation is nice and Christmas is FUN!” Well, we know who will have the best time, Lina! Merry Christmas to your family and dont forget to get your brother good presents! :)
Once again if we didn't interview you or use your story for this article, I'm sorry, but you can always comment below if you want to tell your friends or the school where you are going! Also there is this lottery that you can win from if you comment! Merry Christmas people and a Happy New Year!
